Text Box: NUTEC is focused on the design and manufacture of precision positioning and motion equipment for OEM and end users and its worldwide marketing. Custom designed servo controlled systems are our specialty for demanding applications; be it vacuum, difficult environment, high precision performance, complex systems, extreme servo performance or low cost high volume. With our standard positioning modules for linear and rotary motion we are able to address a large number of positioning applications from miniature translators to large scale granite structures. Our engineering team is competent in all modern technologies for creating motion and precise positioning systems. Design processes refined and evolved over two decades of building precision stages incorporate late version CAD, prepared in the METRIC system, compliant with our own company Design & Engineering Standards. Concurrent engineering and DFM, FEA, ISO9000 compliance and ISO Tolerance System are part of our engineering vocabulary. NUTEC is marketing its’ products globally to a diverse customer base. Our website is the main vehicle for product documentation. In key markets our distribution is supported by local Distributors, Importers and Sales Agents. Domestically products are sold directly with local Representation and through Distributors and Value Added Resellers. Our primary applications are found in; Semi-Conductor equipment nanotechnologies Optical & Metrology Bio-medical & Life Sciences Vacuum technology Laser equipment, Micromachining Research Laboratories, Universities Emerging technologies Factory Automation NUTEC fabricates all components in-house in a modern machine shop with high precision late model CNC equipment. We are capable of producing parts to exceedingly close tolerances, efficiently and to flexible schedules. Positioning stages and controls are assembled and tested in a modern facility, equipped with late technology instrumentation and a clean room. Each product is tested, calibrated and burned-in to provide the customer with a ready to use positioning product.
